Good Quest By Hasmukh Amathalal

What the hell I am on earth?
What the mission and work I carry on?
What do I do for self and others?
Is it not wonderful I still live on?

What do I do and pray for?
Know not and still ask for more,
Has this occurred to me this before?
Continue to ponder and answer no more,

Is it confined to me alone?
'm the soul only suffer,
Do you have any clue or answer?
Does the answer lie with only power?

I love not to lead life very simple,
May not go for white but only purple,
See at water but not at bubble,
Think I not, though time more ample,

What more I have to offer?
Not yet prepared even for coffin,
Is there enough food in my Tiffin?
Will my quest continue or confine?

I continue to stare and look at sky,
Sun, stars, moon all shine but why?
I find no answer and feel so shy,
Heart feels heavy but can not cry

Was I simply a tool?
No feelings and cool.
If so, then why not I leave to HIM?
Why so urge and keep a whim?

I may not look back,
Though no noble thought in my pack,
Even turn rough and create some crack,
But still surge ahead and find good track,

Why should I ponder over split milk?
Why not prefer cotton and run for silk?
Is it not the race considered so mad?
Hide inside more and always look bad,

It is not I, who will decide,
Leave it to HIM as HE is beside,
No to right or yes to any side,
Always in middle and nothing to hide,

I will bury all and not more think,
No more smile and no more wink,
Neither I swim and nor do I sink,
With strong resolve not to blink,

I find it no less than conquest,
Answer I found at simple request,
I know not whether good or best,
But certainly I find myself safe in nest,

I may thrive and also survive,
Let there not be unrest and revive,
Will always do and strive for good,
Even there may not be any more food.

Dead Night By Hasmukh Amathalal

After days hard work it is dead night,
Solutions not found and not insight,
Day come to an end with lots of fight,
May be rest is essential and right,

Tug of war in mind with day's fatigue,
All planning for results with colleague,
Still lot of worries when day is over,
Finally I run for shelter and cover,

Stars and sky make no noise,
Twinkle more and ready poise,
Calm nights and dead silence,
Only peace and no violence,

Night brings relief and calm,
No more worries and no more harm,
Feeling run high with greetings warm
You are in actual and world realm,

Though nights are more to be dreaded,
Remember Him and guilt to be pleaded,
Time to think and assess with mind cool,
Steps to take so not to look fool.

Why nights are feared and create flutter?
Day's sequences repeat and mind words utter,
Night's calm but late call creates panic,
Bad news always make you skeptic,

Sick people waiting for abode depart in night,
Life's agony comes to an end with great fight,
But it is called destiny and path right,
Even powerful surrender fearing HIS might,

Nights are welcome to seek meaningful refuge,
Review of actions and lease to mind's confuse,
Severance with defeatist views and more to infuse,
With strong resolve crisis to defuse,

Seeking solace for rightful path,
Cooling of body after fresh bath,
For a moment you are off the scene,
Not to be heard and never to be seen,

Such are nights for blessing in disguise,
Open the venue for smooth sail and cruise,
With mind at rest and ready for test,
Situation may prove fruitful and best

Nights are dead sign but depict not black,
Never it develops fatigue and crack,
Birds at nest and human beings at home,
Mind at rest and sound sleep on foam

Touch Me Not By Hasmukh Amathalal

I feel so shy if you touch,
Never think more or ideas vouch,
Prison I feel as water in pouch,
Neither words nor offer much,

With first sun rays I open,
Leaves fresh and arm widen,
Open to embrace but shame laden,
Eyes stare but words hidden,

I need a touch smooth and delicate,
I shut my eyes if matters complicate,
It is not crown, kingdom so I abdicate,
Shyness, mildness and oneness indicate,

I may mushroom and naturally bloom,
Moment you touch face become gloom,
Even closed doors and windows in room,
Face get reddish and shyness zoom,

"Touch me not" say I won't allow,
Not shake hand or word hello,
I can't and hide face in pillow,
Never look up face and eyes below,

Allow it to happen natural way,
Not you wait to hear my say,
Not respect but feelings pay,
Not to loose hope as you are ray,

Female or ladies always like fold,
Handsome gents and approach bold,
If touched once feel body cold,
Soul and body never feel sold,

Ladies have quality inherent,
Does not depend on advice of parent,
Face always down with eyes to speak,
No words to speak or silence to break,

Can't be won over by false promise,
Moments fact known entry dismiss,
Dream remains dream and always to miss,
Sudden end with nothing more to kiss,

To be in fold is act holy pure,
Bonding takes place if both are sure,
"Promise to be on side 'words assure,
No evil takes place as steps taken sure

A Poem For Lost Love Before it is Too Late! By Mary Harnetiaux

Poem for lost love

Our Love Can Make It Though This

Love can prove to be cruel
and it is a dangerous tool

We argue and disagree and we make up too
sometimes it leaves us wondering what to do.

Love they say can make our lives complete
but there are days when it knocks us off our feet

and as we begin to realize that the two of us mean so much
the idea of where to begin, words, talk, it makes me blush

We need to take our time to decide where do we go from here
Let us take inventory so we know what we hold so dear

We can agree no matter what takes place
we will still have these issues to face.

We will start slow and give it some time
Don't give up so fast, our love can still chime.

The End

I See Dreams By Akram Saqib

Sometimes, I see
Peace and harmony
Justice and integrity

Sometimes, I see
Love and prosperity
Shaping the destiny

Sometimes, I see
Tolerance and Respect
Among the whole community

Sometimes I see
Goodwill and Equality
Faith and unity

Sometimes, I see
Affluence of commodity
End of poverty

Sometimes, I see...
Sometimes, I see...
But dreams only!

I have not heard anything from you
I was then much busy too
To remind you about, the last shout
Of the mercenaries, whose guns sprout
The crop of bullets, in recurring bout
To paralyze minds, and life of all kinds

Surely, have you, heard these too
But have been waiting, for calculating
How much children, have they under run

The merciless crops, of guns pops
Up to the hill, to kill and to kill
I RETREAT

The palsy shacked bodies
The paralyzed souls
The frozen minds
And impaired wholes

See them walking
With another talking
In pensive mood
With tone rude

I feel sympathy
For their entity
Nevertheless, I see
They are free

Free from thoughts
Satisfied over lot
I retreat
To let them create

A world of their own
Where they can moan
Without interference
And with clearance

I retreat! I retreat!
To grab power more
To snatch everything
To become ruler sole

You always bore
Like this a tinge
Burning your soul

You went to the core
To devastation bring
Between the two poles

With wealth you lore
And praises sing
Of brains with hole

The world you tore
Death toll you ring
A rule out you dole
